I use Photoshop, it ain't free though. Gimp works too though, and it's free. :3

I hope you dont mind if i adopt this drawing technique, it looks good for beginners (no offense) and i really wanna get my girl a X-mas gift, and i dont want to take a base or have someone else draw it. I want it to come from me 100% to show how much i care about her

so please understand if one of my arts is using your technique.
